Fall is in the air and with it comes the moment we’ve all been waiting for : apple season! We already did an overnight oats recipe featuring fresh apples, that’s why we’re now presenting an alternative that’s just as delicious: apple sauce! It may seem unusual, but it gives your breakfast a delightful creamy texture. We also suggest that you add some ground flaxseed, which are an excellent source of Omega 3, as well as cinnamon and dried cranberries for a taste of fall!

Ingredients
- 1 sachet Yumi maple cranberry overnight oats
- 1\3 cup almond milk
- 1\2 cup apple sauce
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- Ground cinnamon, to sprinkle
Recipe
- Mix the overnight oats packet with the almond milk.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- The next morning, mix the apple sauce with the ground flaxseed.
- Top your overnight oats with the apple sauce, pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries.
- Sprinkle some ground cinnamon, to taste.
- Enjoy!
