
You’re looking for the perfect cozy breakfast idea for those incoming chilly fall mornings? Look no further! The mix between sautéed pears and melting chocolate is DELICIOUS. Even if this recipe may seem complex, it’s really not: it takes less than 10 minutes if you have all the ingredients ready! Ingredients
- 1 sachet of Yumi dark choco overnight oats
- 1\3 cup almond milk
- 1\2 pear, diced
- 2 tbsp coconut milk (canned)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1\4 tsp cornstarch
- Chocolate chips, to taste
Recipe
- Mix the overnight oats packet with the almond milk.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- The next morning, place the pear, coconut milk, vanilla extract and cornstarch in a small pot, over medium-high heat for approximately 2 minutes. Stir continuously.
- Top your overnight oats with sautéed pears and chocolate chips.
- Enjoy!
