Eggnog Overnight Oats


'Tis the season! Spice up your holidays with this deliciously nutritious treat packed with protein, fibre, and just a touch of nutmeg. A guilt-free healthy treat! (Psst, not a fan of eggnog? No worries! You can replace it in the recipe with the same quantity of your milk of choice).



Eggnog Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

Recipe:

  1. Add your overnight oats, raisins, and nutmeg to your Yumi jar, then close the jar and shake to mix.
  2. Fill the jar with eggnog to the milk line and stir well. (If your eggnog is especially thick, add a couple tablespoons of almond milk to loosen up the mixture.)
  3. Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  4. Take it out of the fridge and layer on your whipped cream or Greek yogurt.
