Chocolate lovers, listen up! We came up with a recipe that is sure to please not only your taste buds, but your whole body as well! Indeed, this overnight oats recipe isn't just decadent, it's also full of proteins from the hemp seeds! Also rich in omega-3s, these have a crunchy texture and a slightly nutty taste that goes very well with dark choco fridge oatmeal.
*Tip : add1 tbsp of chocolate protein powder for an additional 20g of proteins!
The day before, mix the sachet of Yumi in the fridge with the almond milk.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
The next day, in a small bowl, mix the mashed banana with the cacao powder.
Top your overnight oats with the banana puree, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, puffed rice, and chocolate chips.
Enjoy!
