Who doesn't love mango? In this recipe, we combine the amazing taste of this tropical fruit with the creaminess of coconut milk for one big burst of flavours. Top it with kiwi for an added tropical touch and with almonds for healthy fats and you're ready to go!
Mango & Coconut Milk
Ingredients :
- 1 packet Yumi matcha green apple overnight oats
- 1\3 cup almond milk
- 1\4 cup coconut milk
- 1\2 frozen mango
- kiwi, fresh mango and almonds for garnish
Recipe :
- Mix the overnight oats packet with the almond milk.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- The next morning, in a blender, mix the frozen mango with the coconut milk. Stop blending as soon as it looks smooth to avoid a runny consistency (should look like a soft serve).
- Top your overnight oats with the mango-coconut blend, kiwis, fresh mango slices and almonds.
- Enjoy!
