Crunchy Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

  1. Mix chocolate overnight oats with 1/2 cup of soy milk and refrigerate overnight
  2. The next morning, stir in 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 of a banana
  3. Top with 1/4 cup granola.

Note:For those with nut allergies or who prefer an alternative to PB, sunflower butter works as a great alternative in these recipes.
