Crunchy Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Yumi Dark Chocolate Oats
- 1/2 cup Soy milk
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Granola
Recipe:
- Mix chocolate overnight oats with 1/2 cup of soy milk and refrigerate overnight
- The next morning, stir in 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 of a banana
- Top with 1/4 cup granola.
Note: For those with nut allergies or who prefer an alternative to PB, sunflower butter works as a great alternative in these recipes.
