Banana-Nut Overnight Oats

Banana-Nut Overnight Oats



  1. Mix1 packet of Yumi Dark-Chocolate Overnight Oats (or plainoats) with 1/3 cup of soymilk.
  2. Refrigerate Overnight.
  3. The next morning, stir in 1 tbsp peanut butter. Top with 1/3 cup greek yogurt, banana and walnuts.
  4. Optional - sweeten with honey or maple syrup, to taste.
