Peanut Butter & Apple Overnight Oats

Recipe and photo by @chloecassecuelle

These peanut butter & apple overnight oats are not only delicious but they are perfect to get a healthy dose of good fats and fiber! The hemp hearts and peanut butter provide both fiber and unsaturated fats, and the raisins, granola and apple add some sweetness and some fiber, without adding too much sugar.

Fun fact: did you know that one of the main healthy fats found in peanut butter is oleic acid, the same healthy fat that is found in olive oil? Contrary to what you might expect, eating peanut butter could actually help you loose weight, and is certainly good for you heart health. Now onto the recipe!

Peanut Butter & Apple Overnight Oats

  • 1 packet Yumi Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
  • 1/3 cup of coconut chocolate milk (or other non dairy milk)
  • 1 tsp hemp hearts
  • 1 fresh apple, diced
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter.

  1. Mix the apple cinnamon overnight oats with the milk and refrigerate overnight, or at least 6 hours.
  2. The next morning, add hemp hearts, diced apple, raisins, granola and peanut butter.
  3. Enjoy!
