The perfect post-workout pick me up๐Ÿ’ช! This blueberry booster adds some much-needed fibre and antioxidants to your boring protein shake! Super simple & delicious ๐Ÿ˜Š.

Blueberry Booster Overnight Oats


Ingredients

  • 1 sachet of Blueberry Vanilla Overnight Oats
  • Vanilla protein shake of choice
  • Almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • Sliced almonds
  • Drizzle of honey

Recipe

  • Add your overnight oats and chia seeds to your Yumi jar and fill with protein shake to the milk line. (If your protein shake is especially thick, add a couple tablespoons of almond milk to loosen up the mixture.)
  • Add fresh or frozen blueberries and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  • Top with sliced almonds and honey and enjoy!
