  1. Add the almond milk to a sachet of Apple cinnamon overnight oats.
  2. Stir until everything is well-combined. Place the lid over the jar and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. In a small pan, heat up the coconut oil. Add the chopped apples and the pecans and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat until caramelized.
  4. Before serving, top the overnight oats with the caramelized apples and pecans, maple syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon.
