I’m not normally a breakfast person. Eating too early normally makes me feel sick. These morning oats are a great start to the day. It took a little getting used to because oatmeal is usually warm but once you get over that notion they are really good.

Beautiful glass jars and super practical. I usually make one just before bed like a ritual; use almond coconut milk for the liquid fill and use one tablespoon of chia seeds and a tablespoon of hemp seeds. Just a couple of hard shakes and into the fridge it goes overnight. First thing in the morning before my shift start, I retrieve the jar and consume it at some point in the beginning of my shift. No lame excuse for skipping breakfast especially WFH. I understand it may be very hard for me to peel away from my desk to the kitchen due to the busy nature of my job but the little jar of oats keeps me satiated for a good ¾ of my entire shift! That's pretty impressive for something so small to satiated my ridiculously hige appetite. I own 4 jars

I kept reading about people asking why not save money by mixing store bought rolled oats with store bought flavoring. Yeah it works but Yumi puts out some very flavourful packets, so for the little extra cost Yumi is the clear winner!

These oats are SO EASY AND SO DELICIOUS!!! I just add fresh blueberries or top them off with the Yumi probiotique Maple Pecan Crunch or Dark Choco Trail mix, the possibilities are limitless! My nieces and nephews all loved YUMI OVERNIGHT OATS so much when I served it at brunch that I’ve ordered them their own starter kits for Chanukah! Great product thanks!

We've tried most flavours and love them all. While the jars are convenient we don't love them as the black logo and measure lines came off on our hands. Other than this we highly recommend the overnight oats.

I’ve been really enjoying my Yumi starter kit. I like all the flavors and have been topping them with yoghurt, bananas, peanut butter, strawberries and blueberries. It’s a very convenient way to get the nutrition I need to lower my cholesterol without having to cook oats every morning. Considering i “gagged” on oatmeal as a child I’ve come a long way!
